The 7 Day Clean Eating Reset provides you with everything you need for a successful jump start into improving your health and re-balancing your body. Our bodies do a wonderful job of handling what we throw at them, but sometimes they get overwhelmed by our lack of self care, inflammation, and a build up of toxins. Symptoms of most any kind (skin issues, digestive trouble, hormones, lack of energy, anxiety, inflammation etc) are a sign that our body is out of balance. The 7 Day Clean Eating Reset is a great way to start re-balancing the body so that you can finally feel good again! Plus it’s only 7 days…you can do that!
Whether you are a seasoned “clean” eater or you don’t even know what “clean” eating means, there is a 7 day reset for you. We’ve put together 3 different levels so that you can choose which will be the best for you.
Each level provides:
7 day meal plan with recipes and shopping list
Intuitive Eating Guide
The beginner level is based on easy to find and prepare whole foods with the inclusion of smoothies, easier to digest meals, simple digestive aids, and anti-inflammatory foods/drinks. The meal plan includes mostly allergen friendly foods (may have a small amount of nuts and peppers that are optional). You will need a blender or food processor for this level.
The intermediate level is based on easy to find and prepare whole foods, but starts off with a few days of mostly pureed (smoothies and soups) or easy to digest foods and then progresses to clean meals with nutrient dense foods. The first few days help give the digestive system a bit of rest and help decrease inflammation. This level also includes simple digestive aids, anti-inflammatory foods/drinks, and mostly allergen friendly foods. You will need a blender or food processor for this level.
The advanced level is also based on easy to find and prepare whole foods, but is the most strict. The first few days will consist of pureed and juiced foods (fresh juices, smoothies, broth, soups) to give the digestive system a bit of rest while loading up the body with nutrients. The meal plan then progresses to clean meals throughout the week, but still focuses on including plenty of fresh juices and smoothies to continue to load the body with nutrients. This level also includes simple digestive aids, anti-inflammatory foods/drinks, and allergen friendly foods. You will need a blender or food processor AND a juicer for this level.
The 7 Day Clean Eating Reset will run the week of October 20th.
