I'm a big fan of keeping meals simple and using spices and herbs instead of seasoning packets.

Meal idea: chicken and onions seasoned with salt, pepper, and thyme. Serve with veggies (or make a skillet out of it and add the veggies – I added zucchini). The chicken can be cooked in a crock pot, skillet, oven, grill….
