Ingredients
  1. 1 cup almonds (I used salted)
  2. 1/2 cup nut or seed butter of choice
  3. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  4. 1/3 cup dark chocolate
  5. Dash of vanilla and cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend almonds into a course flour in your food processor.
  2. Add nut butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix until well blended.
  3. Pour into a wax paper lined 8x8 inch pan.
  4. Melt chocolate and drizzle on top then swirl with a knife.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Cut into 16 squares.
  6. Keep in the freezer and eat frozen otherwise they become a bit gritty.
