Ingredients
  1. 1 cup almond butter (sun butter or other nut butter works as well)
  2. 1/2 cup coconut flour
  3. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or a little less)
  4. Unsweetened coconut flakes for rolling
Instructions
  1. Mix together the almond butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover and freeze for 15 minutes.
  4. Take out of freezer and roll into balls.
  5. Roll balls in coconut flakes.
  6. Store in the refrigerator in an air tight container.
Notes
  1. Can toast the coconut before using.
