I’ve really been enjoying this breakfast lately!

It literally takes 2 minutes to make and is warm and healthy!!

Ingredients
  1. 1 banana
  2. 2 T. milk, cream, or coconut milk
  3. 2-4 T. walnuts
  4. Heavy sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Cut banana into slices.
  2. Add rest of ingredients.
  3. Microwave for about 40 seconds, or until warm.
  4. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. Other add-ins: coconut, flax seeds, other nuts, and whatever else you want to try!
