Ingredients
  1. 1 lb ground beef (sausage also works well)
  2. 1 bag dry coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  3. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1/3 - 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
  5. 1 tsp ginger
  6. Crushed red pepper (optional)
  7. 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
  1. Brown the meat in a large skillet.
  2. Stir in coleslaw mix, garlic, soy sauce, ginger and crushed red pepper if using.
  3. Cook until cabbage starts to wilt but is still crunchy (about 5 minutes).
  4. Top with green onions and serve.
Notes
  1. Can serve alone or with rice.
  2. If you use sausage, decrease soy sauce and use low sodium so it isn't too salty.
  3. Can use ~ 5 cups shredded cabbage and 1-2 cups shredded carrots instead of coleslaw mix.
