Ingredients
  1. 1 egg white
  2. 1 T. water
  3. 5 cups nuts of choice
  4. 1/2 cup honey
  5. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  6. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  7. Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Whisk egg white and water together.
  3. Add nuts and stir until well coated.
  4. Add honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt and mix until well coated.
  5. Spread nuts out on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 1 hour - stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and immediately put nuts on wax paper to cool.
Notes
  1. The original recipe called for 3/4 cup honey and no maple syrup. I only had a 1/2 cup honey so I added maple syrup. I think any mixture of the two will work, just changes the taste slightly.
